Chanel is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Hsinchu City — client-facing luxury cosmetics role delivering personalised consultations and sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised client consultations and bespoke product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrance, aligned with Chanel’s brand standards.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client acquisition, retention and clienteling activities (appointments, follow-ups, VIP care).
  • Execute in-store merchandising, visual standards and product presentation to maintain an immaculate, brand-compliant environment.
  • Perform professional makeup applications, skin analyses and product demonstrations during consultations and events.
  • Manage stock levels, replenishment and basic loss-prevention procedures; ensure accurate point-of-sale transactions and reporting.
  • Support store marketing initiatives and brand events, including product launches and private client appointments.
  • Participate in mandatory brand training to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and service techniques.

Qualifications

  • Minimum secondary education; vocational certification in cosmetology, aesthetics or makeup artistry preferred.
  • 1–3 years’ retail experience in luxury cosmetics, premium skincare or high-end fashion retail, with demonstrable sales results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, client-focused demeanour and strong communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings; willingness to travel locally for client appointments or events.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetology, aesthetics or professional makeup artistry preferred.
