Chanel in Paris seeks a Beauty Advisor — Facialist to deliver luxury facial treatments, grow skincare sales and build a loyal clientele.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke facial treatments and personalised skincare consultations according to Chanel protocols and product ranges.
  • Analyse clients’ skin concerns, build treatment plans and recommend appropriate homecare regimens and retail solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a loyal client base through proactive clienteling, appointment management and aftercare follow-up.
  • Achieve individual and boutique skincare sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ensure impeccable treatment-room hygiene, clinical safety and compliance with brand service standards.
  • Contribute to in-store merchandising, product replenishment and presentation to reflect luxury brand standards.
  • Participate in product and technique training, team briefings and in-store promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Professional esthetician qualification or vocational diploma in aesthetics (or equivalent professional training).
  • Prior experience delivering facial and advanced skincare treatments, preferably within a luxury beauty or spa environment.
  • Proven retail sales ability with a client-centric approach and demonstrable clienteling skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with attention to clinical detail and adherence to protocols.

Experience

Several years of hands-on experience performing professional facial treatments and skincare consultations, with experience in luxury retail or spa settings preferred.

Vocational qualification in aesthetics or equivalent professional esthetician training (e.g., CAP Esthétique or comparable diploma).
