Chanel seeks a Beauty Advisor in Copenhagen to provide luxury skincare and makeup consultations and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised skincare and makeup consultations and in-store makeovers that reflect Chanel’s luxury positioning and product expertise.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client acquisition, upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships via tailored follow-up, appointment management and clienteling tools.
- Present and demonstrate product ranges with authoritative knowledge of ingredients, application techniques and routines.
- Execute visual merchandising, product replenishment and boutique standards to uphold Chanel’s brand presentation.
- Manage stock, process transactions accurately on point-of-sale systems and support inventory controls and stocktakes.
- Participate in trainings, brand initiatives and promotional events; act as an ambassador for Chanel’s values and compliance standards.
- Record client data and sales activity in CRM systems to support personalised service and boutique performance analysis.
Qualifications
- Proven interpersonal and consultative selling ability with a service-driven demeanour.
- Professional competence in makeup application and skincare consultation; formal training or certification in beauty is an advantage.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting retail sales targets in a prestige cosmetics environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and the capacity to maintain rigorous visual and service standards.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and to support boutique events.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion and cultural sensitivity when dealing with high-net-worth clients.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct experience in prestige beauty retail, cosmetics counters or luxury retail roles; demonstrable experience delivering one-to-one makeup and skincare consultations is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in cosmetology, beauty therapy or related discipline preferred.
