Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve outlined sales targets including units per transaction, basket size, price per unit, and conversion rate.
  • Focus on recruiting new customers.
  • Advise on Chanel's products in fragrances, makeup, and skincare.
  • Offer makeup consultations to customers.
  • Create exclusive customer experiences by conveying Chanel's history and values.
  • Prepare, clean, and close the store.
  • Manage inventory in collaboration with the store manager.
  • Conduct cash reconciliation and report to the store manager.

Qualifications

  • Trained makeup artist, cosmetologist, or self-taught beauty expert with comprehensive product and technique knowledge.

Skills

Exceptional customer service skills with a positive demeanor. Proficient sales abilities with a flair for selling luxury beauty products. Flexibility, self-motivation, and responsibility. Strong ownership of tasks and ability to see them through to completion. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively. Fluency in Danish and English.

Experience

Experience in luxury retail or beauty industry preferred.
