Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for vehicle orders, renewals, deliveries, and returns.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, incidents, fines, and fuel card management.
- Update fleet management software regularly.
- Implement and maintain mobility procedures and policies.
- Handle administrative tasks including mail processing and archiving.
- Prepare quarterly reports for management.
- Oversee car-sharing and bike-sharing services, ensuring maintenance and usage tracking.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Commerce or Management (Bac +4/5).
