Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end people operations processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, HR data maintenance and employee records management.
  • Coordinate and execute transformation initiatives that improve HR processes, governance and service delivery in partnership with HR business partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Maintain and reconcile HR data, produce regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards to inform decision-making and measure program impact.
  • Act as project coordinator for change-management activities: scheduling, communication materials, training logistics and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable employment regulations; escalate complex employee relations matters to senior HR colleagues.
  • Contribute to process documentation, SOPs and continuous-improvement efforts to standardize people operations across geographies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, people services or HR transformation projects; experience within luxury retail or consumer goods is advantageous.
  • Demonstrable experience coordinating cross-functional projects and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus but not required.

Experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field preferred.
