Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute client development and retention strategies for the Bal Harbour boutique, with a focus on high-net-worth and VIP clientele.
- Own the boutique’s client portfolio: grow wallet share, increase frequency and lifetime value through bespoke service, targeted outreach and clienteling.
- Lead and coach boutique sales teams on personalised selling, appointment management, client communications and luxury service standards.
- Collaborate with regional commercial teams and HQ to implement CRM campaigns, product launches and client events tailored to local market dynamics.
- Develop reporting and sales forecasting related to VIP segments; translate client data into actionable commercial initiatives.
- Design and oversee private appointments, trunk shows and experiential activations to deepen relationships and accelerate conversion.
- Ensure consistent execution of merchandising, inventory allocation and client promises to deliver an elevated boutique experience.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of cultivating and managing VIP/high-net-worth client relationships within a luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrable leadership experience in a boutique or flagship store setting, including coaching and performance management.
- Strong commercial acumen with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving client retention.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, discretion and a service-oriented demeanour suited to luxury clientele.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings and weekends; willingness to represent the brand at client events.
Skills
Experience
Seven or more years of progressive experience in luxury retail or client development roles, including several years managing client portfolios or leading teams within a boutique or flagship environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, luxury brand management, marketing or a related field.
