Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional visual merchandising concepts and seasonal VM campaigns for North Asia and Southeast Asia & Australasia (SEAA) that align with global creative direction.
  • Translate runway and studio design language into scalable in-store displays, window schemes and fixture plans for flagship and network stores.
  • Oversee execution of fixtures, props and signage — including sourcing, prototyping, production follow‑up and quality control with suppliers and local teams.
  • Lead and mentor regional VM teams and local store VM leads; provide training, guidelines and toolkits to ensure consistent brand standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Creative, Retail, Store Operations, Buying and Marketing to sequence launches, planograms and store resets.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and vendor relationships to deliver high-quality activations within commercial constraints.
  • Conduct store visits and regional audits to assess implementation, capture best practices and provide corrective action plans.
  • Produce clear visual documentation and presentation materials (moodboards, technical drawings, installation briefs) for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Architecture, Set Design, Fashion or related discipline.
  • Proven leadership experience in visual merchandising within luxury fashion or premium retail environments.
  • Practical knowledge of fixture design, prototyping and production processes for retail environments.
  • Strong presentation and technical drawing skills with the ability to create clear installation briefs.
  • Capacity to travel frequently across the assigned region and manage multiple markets with cultural sensitivity.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in visual merchandising or retail design, with at least some experience operating across multiple markets in North Asia and/or Southeast Asia. Prior exposure to luxury fashion retail environments and managing regional projects or small teams is expected.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Architecture, Set Design, Fashion or related field.
