Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver creative and high-quality visual merchandising solutions reflecting Chanel's brand image across the region.
  • Support the development and execution of visual strategies ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence.
  • Translate brand vision into compelling visual merchandising concepts that elevate the customer experience.
  • Develop and implement regional guidelines, display planograms, and campaign design directions.
  • Lead the creation of innovative displays and event designs aligning with Chanel’s aesthetic and storytelling.
  • Partner with local markets to provide design solutions and training, fostering alignment and excellence across regions.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Interior Design, Industrial/Product Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Multimedia.
  • At least 8 years of experience in visual merchandising, graphic or event design, ideally within the cosmetics or luxury industry.

Skills

Strong leadership and project management skills. Proficiency in SketchUp, Illustrator, and Photoshop; knowledge of 3D Studio Max, InDesign, and Microsoft Office is a plus. Dynamic, creative, and self-motivated mindset with a strong sense of urgency. Fluency in English and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Experience

A minimum of 8 years in visual merchandising, graphic, or event design, preferably within the cosmetics or luxury sector.

Education

A degree in Interior Design, Industrial/Product Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Multimedia.
