Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager with daily boutique operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
- Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience through appointment management and clienteling activities.
- Contribute to sales performance by executing merchandising plans, floor rotation and product placement.
- Assist with stock management: receiving, replenishment, basic inventory reconciliation and loss prevention procedures.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and on‑the‑job coaching of sales colleagues during the internship period.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and assist with basic KPI tracking and follow‑up actions.
- Help coordinate in‑store events, private appointments and VIP visits, ensuring flawless execution.
- Maintain boutique standards of housekeeping, visual presentation and brand compliance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in business, fashion, luxury management or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commercial mindset and demonstrable customer service orientation.
- Impeccable personal presentation, discretion and professional maturity suitable for a luxury environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage administrative tasks with accuracy.

Experience
Previous customer‑facing retail experience is desirable but not mandatory; candidates with internships or part‑time roles in luxury or premium retail will be prioritised.
Education
Current enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in business, fashion, luxury management or a closely related discipline.
