Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily boutique operations at the Galeries Lafayette Haussmann fashion boutique, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- Assist the store manager with team coordination, shift supervision and performance follow-up to meet sales KPIs.
- Deliver personalised client experiences through active clienteling, appointment support and VIP servicing.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and floor replenishment to maintain presentation and stock availability.
- Process transactions, manage POS accuracy and assist with cash handling and end‑of‑day reconciliation.
- Participate in administrative tasks including sales reporting, client database updates and stock intake.
- Support boutique events, trunk shows and special appointments, liaising with store and corporate teams as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, Luxury Management, Fashion or a related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric attitude and polished professional presence.
- High attention to detail and capacity to uphold Chanel’s merchandising and service standards.
- Availability to undertake an internship beginning July 2023 and to work retail hours, including weekends.
Skills
Experience
Prior customer‑facing retail experience is preferred; internships, seasonal roles or part‑time work within fashion or luxury retail will be considered an asset.
Education
Enrolled in higher education (Bachelor's or Master's) in Business, Luxury Management, Fashion, Retail or equivalent.
