Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the boutique manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs for fragrance and beauty categories through proactive client engagement and effective merchandising.
  • Deliver and model an exceptional, discreet luxury client experience via personalised clienteling, VIP service, follow-up and CRM usage.
  • Lead day-to-day store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation, inventory control, stock replenishment and loss-prevention measures.
  • Coach, schedule and motivate boutique staff; conduct product and service training to maintain brand standards and drive team performance.
  • Execute visual merchandising and presentation guidelines for fragrance and beauty fixtures, ensuring floor sets, tester presentation and promotional displays meet maison directives.
  • Coordinate with regional operations, wholesale and corporate teams on product launches, events and promotional activities to maximise conversion and footfall.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to provide elevated, personalised client service in a luxury retail environment.
  • Strong leadership presence with experience coaching and supervising small retail teams.
  • Solid commercial acumen with aptitude for sales planning, KPI monitoring and driving conversion.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to maintaining visual and operational standards.
  • Product knowledge or demonstrable interest in prestige fragrance, skincare and cosmetics.

Experience

Typically 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in luxury retail or prestige beauty, including at least one year in a supervisory or assistant-management capacity. Experience with fragrance and skincare categories is highly desirable.

Education

High school diploma required; post-secondary studies in retail management, business or cosmetology/esthetician programs considered an asset.
