Role & Responsibilities
- Support the boutique manager in daily store operations and sales performance at the CDG airport fashion boutique.
- Coach and motivate sales advisors to deliver exceptional client service and achieve individual and store KPIs.
- Drive clienteling activities, develop customer relationships and coordinate VIP service protocols appropriate for an international airport environment.
- Assist with visual merchandising execution to maintain brand presentation and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage stock control, inventory reconciliation and timely replenishment with strict attention to shrinkage prevention.
- Participate in staff scheduling, on-boarding of new hires and delivery of in-store training modules.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, cash handling rules and airport security/regulatory requirements.
- Complete administrative tasks including sales reporting, incident logging and coordination with corporate support functions.
Qualifications
- Candidate must be eligible for alternance/apprenticeship (enrolled in an accredited vocational or higher-education program).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, client-centric manner suitable for luxury retail.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
- High level of professionalism, discretion and ability to work in a high-traffic international airport setting.
- Previous retail or luxury boutique experience is an advantage but not mandatory for apprenticeship candidates.
Skills
Experience
Open to candidates enrolled in an alternance/apprenticeship program; prior retail or luxury sales experience is advantageous. Demonstrable customer-facing experience or a previous internship in retail will be considered positively.
Education
Enrolled in a recognized vocational or higher-education program in business, retail/merchandising, marketing, hospitality or luxury management (BTS, Bachelor or equivalent).
