Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving commercial targets and daily boutique KPIs, with particular attention to sales conversion and average transaction value.
- Deliver and model exemplary luxury client service and clienteling for a highly international, transit clientele at Roissy CDG.
- Coach, motivate and supervise sales advisors on the floor; participate in recruitment, onboarding and practical training for new hires.
- Ensure boutique operational excellence: opening/closing routines, cash handling, point‑of‑sale accuracy and inventory control.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist in implementing seasonal floor moves and product launches.
- Manage shift planning and cover; handle customer complaints and escalations with discretion and brand alignment.
- Support stock management activities including replenishment, back‑office organization and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a recognized work‑study (alternance) program in Business, Retail Management, Luxury Brand Management or equivalent.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a professional presentation appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
- Availability for retail hours including weekends, public holidays and flexible shifts typical of airport boutique operations.
- Capacity to work in a bilingual or multilingual setting (preferred) and to interact with an international clientele.
Skills
Experience
Previous customer‑facing or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory for candidates currently enrolled in a work‑study program; demonstrable exposure to luxury or premium retail environments is an advantage.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's level programme in Business, Retail Management, Luxury Brand Management or a related discipline (alternance/work‑study).
