Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the boutique management team in day-to-day commercial operations and sales performance across Paris fashion boutiques.
  • Assist with coaching and onboarding of sales advisors, driving clienteling standards and service excellence.
  • Contribute to achievement and monitoring of sales KPIs, client acquisition and retention activities.
  • Coordinate with visual merchandising and inventory teams to ensure effective product presentation and stock availability.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through personalised client interactions, appointment management and after‑sales follow-up.
  • Participate in administrative tasks related to store reporting, rostering and operational compliance as part of the work‑study curriculum.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in an accredited business, retail management, luxury management or equivalent work‑study program (BTS, Bachelor, Master) commencing September 2026.
  • Strong commercial sensibility with an aptitude for selling and client relationship development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capacity to coach and motivate a frontline team.
  • High level of organisation, attention to detail and reliability in a fast‑paced boutique environment.
  • Right to work in France for the duration of the alternance contract.

Experience
