Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Sûreté/Security team in day-to-day operations across Maison sites, stores and fashion events, including preparation and debrief of fashion shows and presentations.
- Assist in drafting and maintaining incident reports, security briefs and risk assessments for retail locations, corporate premises and special events.
- Monitor and support access-control procedures and CCTV surveillance activities; escalate anomalies and coordinate immediate response with on-site or contracted security providers.
- Contribute to vendor coordination and supervision of temporary security teams during peak events and seasonal operations.
- Participate in emergency preparedness activities and safety drills; help update emergency plans, contact lists and site-specific protocols.
- Compile operational dashboards and presentations for the Sûreté leadership using Microsoft Office tools; support administrative duties and documentation management.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in security management, risk management, law, engineering, crisis management or a related field.
- Strong discretion, professional demeanour and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the capacity to produce clear, concise reports and briefs.
- Availability for the August 2026 internship period and flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend events.
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience is required; applicants should demonstrate relevant academic coursework or practical exposure to security, event management or retail operations. Previous internships or part‑time roles in security, hospitality or events are advantageous.
Education
Current enrolment in a tertiary education programme (Bachelor or Master level) in security, risk management, law, engineering, crisis management or a closely related discipline.
