Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Chef de Projet in the end‑to‑end management of strategic communication and innovation initiatives for the fashion division.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (creative, marketing, digital, production) and external partners (agencies, vendors) to ensure milestones and deliverables are met on schedule.
  • Draft and refine communication briefs, creative guidelines and project timelines; prepare executive presentations and status reports for senior management.
  • Contribute to the conception and activation of digital campaigns, content rollouts and experiential initiatives that amplify brand narratives.
  • Monitor project budgets and vendor invoices in collaboration with finance and procurement teams.
  • Conduct market, trend and competitive research to identify innovation opportunities and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Support logistical and onsite coordination for launches, press previews and stakeholder events when required.
  • Maintain project documentation, asset libraries and performance trackers to enable post‑campaign analysis and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

  • Current enrolment in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in Communication, Marketing, Luxury Management, Fashion Studies or a related discipline (required for alternance).
  • Strong organisational aptitude with the ability to manage simultaneous projects and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an aptitude for crafting clear, executive‑level presentations.
  • Critical thinker with a proactive attitude and a keen interest in innovation and the luxury fashion sector.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross‑functional teams and to engage diplomatically with external partners.

Experience

Education

Enrolment in a recognised higher education programme (Bachelor or Master) in Communication, Marketing, Luxury Management, Fashion or equivalent — mandatory for an alternance contract.
