Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager on product evolution projects across fragrances and beauty ranges, from brief to industrialisation.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders — R&D, packaging, regulatory, supply chain, quality and suppliers — to ensure alignment and timely delivery of milestones.
  • Prepare, update and maintain technical documentation and product specifications, including change logs and version control.
  • Track project schedules, manage action lists, escalate risks and contribute to status reports and steering materials.
  • Organise sample flows and testing follow‑up, ensuring traceability and consolidation of feedback for iterative improvements.
  • Assist with regulatory and compliance checks related to cosmetics and fragrance product changes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s level programme (work‑study/alternance) in cosmetic science, chemistry, packaging engineering, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines in cross‑functional projects.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; capacity to prepare concise technical documents and project updates.
  • Interest or prior exposure to cosmetics/fragrance product development through internships or academic projects is advantageous.

Experience
