Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Media & Digital Project Manager in planning, executing and tracking corporate media and digital campaigns.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders across communications, legal, digital, regional teams and executive offices to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Liaise with external partners and agencies—briefing, following up on deliverables, and ensuring contractual and brand-compliance standards are met.
- Monitor budgets, process purchase requisitions/invoices and maintain accurate financial tracking for assigned projects.
- Prepare performance reports and post-campaign analyses, consolidating KPIs and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage project calendars, timelines and production schedules for content, advertising and corporate digital assets.
- Oversee administrative aspects of content production including talent/venue logistics, clearances and asset delivery.
- Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines, corporate policies and regulatory constraints.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft clear briefs, reports and executive summaries.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external agencies with a client-service mindset.
- Analytical aptitude for performance reporting and measurement of digital/media KPIs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standard luxury environment and maintaining confidentiality.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of professional experience in media, digital, communications or marketing—preferably within luxury, corporate communications or an agency environment, with hands-on exposure to campaign coordination and reporting.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, digital media or a related discipline.
