Role & Responsibilities
- Support the leather transformation project lead across the full development cycle from concept to prototype and industrialisation.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including design, materials R&D, sourcing, prototyping workshops and external tanneries to ensure alignment on specifications and timelines.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation: technical specifications, testing protocols, meeting minutes, action logs and milestone trackers.
- Assist with technical and quality assessments of leather samples and prototypes; participate in lab tests and report findings.
- Consolidate progress reports and present synthesis materials (data tables, charts, slide decks) for internal reviews.
- Follow up on corrective actions and implementation of process improvements during validation and ramp‑up phases.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree programme in materials science, leather technology, industrial engineering, product development, fashion design or a related field.
- Strong organisational aptitude with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and strict deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; capable of preparing clear technical reports and presentations.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail when assessing materials and production data.
- Professional discretion and a collaborative attitude suited to a high-end luxury environment.

Experience
Internship-level role. Prior internships or academic projects in leather goods, product development, materials testing or manufacturing are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in tertiary education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in materials science, leather technology, industrial engineering, fashion product development or a related discipline.
