Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of learning projects for the Fragrance and Beauty division.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and execution.
- Support the project manager in tracking project progress and preparing reports.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials and resources.
- Participate in the organization of training sessions and workshops.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
- Strong interest in the luxury beauty and fragrance industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Skills
Experience
Prior internship or experience in project management or the beauty industry is preferred.
Education
Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
