Assistant Project Manager — Learning & Digital (Alternance)
Chanel — Paris: Alternance Assistant Project Manager, Learning & Digital. Apprenticeship role supporting digital L&D projects for Fashion Europe.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Learning & Digital project manager in the design, delivery and governance of learning programmes across Chanel’s European fashion operations.
- Coordinate production and localisation of digital learning content, liaising with internal stakeholders, regional HR/L&D teams and external vendors.
- Assist with the configuration, user administration and content uploads on the Learning Management System (LMS); ensure training catalogues and user journeys are up to date.
- Track project timelines, manage action lists, prepare project documentation and report progress against milestones and KPIs.
- Conduct quality assurance on digital modules and collate learner feedback for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials and communications (presentations, newsletters, intranet content) tailored for fashion teams.
- Support logistics for blended learning events (virtual webinars, in‑house workshops) including scheduling and participant management.
- Monitor basic budget items and procurement processes related to learning projects under the guidance of the project manager.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a recognised higher education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in HR, Learning & Development, Digital Communications, Instructional Design or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship format).
- Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and strict deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to draft clear training communications and executive summaries.
- Comfortable working with digital learning formats and a curiosity for e‑learning technologies and UX.
- Proactive team player with a professional demeanour appropriate to a luxury fashion environment.
- Prior internship or coursework in project coordination, L&D, or digital content production preferred.

Typically minimal professional experience is required; prior internships or academic projects in learning, L&D, digital content or project support are an advantage.
Education
Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme relevant to HR, Learning & Development, Digital Media, Instructional Design, or equivalent (alternance/apprenticeship required).
