Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination and execution of international digital marketing campaigns for the Perfumes & Beauty portfolio.
  • Prepare creative and media briefs; liaise with internal stakeholders, external agencies and production teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Manage project timelines, track milestones and update project plans to ensure alignment across markets.
  • Assist with localisation workflows: adapt copy, creative and activation assets for regional markets and coordinate translations / approvals.
  • Compile campaign performance reports and dashboards, synthesising KPI insights for the marketing and commercial teams.
  • Conduct quality assurance on digital assets (web, social, email) and validate content prior to publication.
  • Contribute to asset libraries and digital content management, ensuring correct tagging, version control and archiving.

Qualifications

  • Current enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline (required for internship status).
  • Strong organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high editorial standards and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams; professional maturity and discretion when handling confidential materials.

Experience

Previous internship or practical experience in digital marketing, brand communications, or agency environments is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrable exposure to campaign execution or asset coordination will be advantageous.

Education

Enrolled student in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
