Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project management for watch and jewellery initiatives across product development, production, marketing and retail.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders — design, product development, sourcing, quality, marketing and retail — to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
- Track project schedules, milestones and budgets; escalate risks and propose mitigation actions to the project lead.
- Prepare clear, polished presentations, technical briefs and progress reports for internal committees and external partners.
- Follow up on sample production, approvals and quality checks with ateliers and suppliers; maintain accurate trackers and documentation.
- Organize and minute project meetings, manage logistics for samples and events, and support launch planning activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in luxury management, business, engineering, design or a related field (required for internship eligibility).
- Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach to task and timeline management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to produce professional presentations and concise reports.
- Proactive, curious and collaborative mindset; ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Discretion, attention to finish and respect for brand standards in all communications and deliverables.
Skills
Experience
Previous internships or academic projects in luxury goods, product development, retail or project coordination are advantageous but not mandatory. The role is suitable for candidates seeking practical, end-to-end project experience in watchmaking and fine jewellery.
Education
Enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in luxury management, business, engineering, design or a related discipline (required for internship status).
