Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the project management of merchandising and trade marketing initiatives for Parfums Beauté within the KEM axis, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including product, retail operations, visual merchandising, sales and external agencies to drive timely execution of campaigns and in-store activations.
  • Prepare merchandising briefs, POS specifications, presentation decks and implementation timelines for internal and retail partners.
  • Track project milestones, maintain project documentation, and manage sample and material flows between headquarters, agencies and stores.
  • Produce regular performance reports and basic sales/KPI analyses to assess campaign impact and inform follow-up actions.
  • Support on-site or remote roll-out activities, including quality control of merchandising installations and compliance with brand merchandising standards.
  • Assist in vendor and agency follow-up, cost tracking and validation of deliverables.
  • Contribute to ad hoc commercial or seasonal trade marketing projects as required by the Parfums Beauté team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Business, Luxury Management, or a related discipline.
  • Previous internship(s) in retail, beauty, luxury goods or trade marketing preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience handling commercial data and producing clear reports.
  • Excellent presentation skills and attention to visual detail.
  • Fluency in written and spoken communication (professional standard) and a professional demeanor appropriate to a luxury environment.

Experience

Previous experience via one or more internships in retail, beauty, luxury or trade marketing is preferred; practical exposure to merchandising roll-outs, campaign execution or retail operations will be advantageous.

Education

Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Luxury Management, or a related field.
