Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Front‑End Engineering Transformation & Delivery Office on chanel.com by assisting with planning, tracking and delivery of front‑end projects and transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate cross‑functional activity between product managers, UX/UI designers, front‑end engineers and external vendors to ensure milestones and quality standards are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation: roadmaps, sprint plans, status reports, meeting minutes and release notes.
- Monitor project metrics, risks and dependencies; escalate issues and propose mitigation actions to the project lead.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and tools.
- Support acceptance testing and validate front‑end features against requirements in collaboration with QA and engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to prepare clear project documentation and present status updates.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and basic understanding of software development lifecycles.

Experience
Internship‑level role; candidates should have prior coursework and/or 1 internship or project experience in digital product, web development or technology delivery. Hands‑on exposure to front‑end projects or participation in Agile teams is desirable.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Project Management, or a related field.
