Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Europe CRM Project Manager in the end-to-end execution of pan‑European CRM campaigns, from brief to post‑launch analysis.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, production of creative assets and delivery schedules with internal teams, external agencies and local markets.
- Prepare campaign briefs, manage asset libraries and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal/privacy requirements.
- Perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing (content, links, dynamic content, rendering across clients/devices) prior to deployment.
- Configure or assist in campaign build within the CRM/ESP and validate segmentation and suppression lists.
- Collect and synthesize campaign performance data; produce regular reports and presentation decks for stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers and distribution lists; escalate risks and issues to the Project Manager.
- Contribute to process improvements, run small ad‑hoc projects and support cross‑functional initiatives (e.g. data, merchandising, e‑commerce).
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Business, Digital Communication or equivalent.
- Demonstrable interest in CRM, digital marketing and customer lifecycle communications.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a matrix environment.
- Professional maturity, discretion and the capacity to liaise with local market teams and external partners.
- Prior internship experience in marketing, CRM or project coordination is an advantage.

Experience
Internship-level role. Previous internships or up to 1 year of experience in CRM, digital marketing or project support are preferred but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Business, Digital Communication or a related discipline.
