Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Creative Operations Project Manager in planning and executing Europe-wide creative projects, campaigns and activations.
  • Coordinate timelines, milestones and deliverables across internal creative teams, regional offices and external suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation: briefs, production schedules, meeting minutes, status reports and asset trackers.
  • Liaise with production, logistics and merchandising teams to manage sample flows, approvals and quality control.
  • Assist in budget monitoring and expense tracking, ensuring documentation for procurement and invoice processing.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication across creative, marketing and retail teams and escalate risks or delays proactively.
  • Contribute to post-project reviews and consolidation of learnings and process improvements.
  • Provide administrative and event support for launches, press previews and in-market activations as required.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Project Management, Fashion Management, Marketing, Communication or a related discipline (alternance/apprenticeship eligible).
  • Strong organisational aptitude with demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism when interacting with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation and follow-up.
  • Capacity to work proactively within a fast-paced, high-expectations luxury environment and adapt to evolving priorities.

Experience

Previous internship or part‑time experience in project coordination, marketing or operations within fashion, luxury goods or creative agencies is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrable interest in luxury fashion operations and hands‑on organisational experience will be valued.

Education

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Fashion Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
