Chanel in Paris seeks an Assistant Product Training Project Manager (Alternance) starting Sept 2026 to support product expertise training for the fashion division.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Product Training Project Manager in the design, development and delivery of product expertise programmes for the fashion division.
- Draft and update training content and educational materials (presentations, product guides, trainer notes, e-learning scripts).
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, in-store sessions and external trainings, including scheduling, venue set-up and participant communication.
- Liaise with product, merchandising, retail operations and HR to gather technical information and align curriculum with commercial priorities.
- Contribute to learner assessment activities, feedback collection and the preparation of training reports and KPI dashboards.
- Maintain and enrich the product knowledge repository and ensure training resources are version-controlled and accessible to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a recognised Bachelor's or Master's programme (e.g., Fashion Business, Marketing, HR, Learning & Development or equivalent) with an alternance/work-study option.
- Strong organisational aptitude with experience managing multiple concurrent tasks and timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical product details into clear learning materials.
- Proactive, service-oriented demeanour and aptitude for cross‑functional collaboration with retail and product teams.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or work experience in retail training, learning & development, merchandising or a fashion-related operations environment is advantageous; experience producing training materials or coordinating learning programmes is preferred.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme with an alternance (work-study) arrangement in a relevant discipline.
