Assistant Product Owner — IT (Internship)

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Product Owner for IT programmes covering European markets, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Contribute to backlog refinement: write and prioritise user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with development, QA and UX teams to follow sprint progress and facilitate removal of impediments.
- Assist in preparation and execution of UAT and acceptance testing with local markets; track and document incidents and resolutions.
- Produce regular status reports, dashboards and KPI analyses for stakeholders and steering committees.
- Participate in cross‑functional workshops and requirements gathering with commercial, merchandising and operations teams across Europe.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Available to start in July 2026 for an internship placement.

Experience
Prior internship experience or academic project work in IT, digital product development, business analysis or project coordination is preferred; exposure to Agile delivery and cross‑border projects is an asset.
Education
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a related field.
