Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Makeup Product Manager across the product lifecycle: concept brief, sample follow-up, testing and launch preparation.
- Coordinate cross‑functional activity with R&D, packaging, supply chain, merchandising and regulatory teams to respect timelines and quality standards.
- Manage samples and documentation flow between internal teams and external suppliers; track status in project tools.
- Assist in the preparation of product technical files, launch dossiers and POS materials.
- Contribute to competitor and market trend analysis to inform product positioning and assortment decisions.
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and steering committees.
- Support quality control activities and post‑launch monitoring (consumer feedback, sales follow‑up).
- Handle administrative project tasks, calendar coordination and meeting minutes for the product team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business, Luxury Brand Management, Cosmetic Science or a related discipline.
- Available to start in July 2026 and able to commit to a multi‑month internship period (typical French internship duration).
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and strict timelines.
- Professional demeanour, discretion and ability to work within confidential, high‑end product projects.
- Interest in beauty trends, makeup formulation and luxury product development.
Skills
Experience
Internship level; previous internships or project experience in beauty, cosmetics, luxury goods, product development or brand marketing are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (Marketing, Business, Cosmetic Science, Luxury Brand Management or equivalent).
