Chanel seeks an Assistant Product Manager (Fragrance & Beauty) intern in Brussels to support product development, cross‑functional coordination and launches.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end product development process for fragrance and beauty launches, from brief to commercial rollout.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders — marketing, R&D, regulatory, packaging, supply chain and sales — to ensure timely delivery of samples, artwork and documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain product documentation, specifications, SKU lists and launch calendars in the relevant systems.
  • Assist in market and competitor analysis, pricing benchmarking and consumer insight summaries to inform product positioning.
  • Compile commercial reports, presentations and post-launch performance analyses for internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to quality and regulatory compliance checks by collating ingredient, labelling and safety data as directed by the team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Marketing, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, particularly for product specifications, labelling and documentation.
  • Commercial curiosity with genuine interest in luxury beauty, fragrance and consumer trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information clearly to cross-functional teams.

Microsoft Excel Microsoft PowerPoint Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) / Product Information Management (PIM) — familiarity preferred Analytical reporting and presentation preparation

Experience

Internship-level role; prior internships or project experience in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG or product management preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrable academic projects or commercial exposure to product development will be advantageous.

Education

Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry or a related field.
