Assistant Product Manager — Fragrance & Beauty (Internship)

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the product management team across the full product lifecycle for fragrance and beauty lines, from concept through to launch and post-launch monitoring.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners including marketing, merchandising, supply chain, quality assurance and regulatory to ensure timely execution of product projects.
- Maintain and update product data and documentation in product systems; prepare product specifications, SKU lists and launch packs.
- Assist in sample management and logistics, including tracking prototypes, cosmetic samples and packaging assets.
- Conduct market and competitor research, compile trend analysis and translate insights into actionable recommendations for product assortments.
- Prepare presentation materials, commercial dashboards and regular progress reports for internal stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Marketing, Cosmetics Science, Fashion Management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable interest in luxury beauty and fragrance, with an understanding of product development and commercial imperatives.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with cross-functional teams.

Experience
Previous internship experience in beauty, cosmetics, retail or product management is advantageous but not mandatory; the role is suitable for students seeking hands-on exposure to product development and commercial operations within luxury beauty.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Cosmetics Science, Fashion Management or a closely related field.
