Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily boutique operations to ensure flawless customer experience and adherence to Chanel brand standards
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and cycle counts to minimize shrinkage and ensure product availability
  • Coordinate staff scheduling, workload distribution and timekeeping to optimize coverage and service levels
  • Supervise and coach store associates, delivering on-the-floor training and performance feedback to develop talent
  • Manage cash handling procedures, point-of-sale operations and end-of-day reconciliation to maintain financial integrity
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation in line with seasonal directives and merchandising guidelines
  • Produce and analyze operational KPIs and reports for regional management; implement corrective actions where required
  • Liaise with regional teams and headquarters on facilities, security, compliance and special events logistics

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership capability with strong people-management and coaching skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to interact professionally with high-net-worth clientele
  • Strong organisational aptitude with attention to detail and an ability to prioritise in a dynamic retail environment
  • Demonstrable ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Experience

Minimum 3 years of progressive retail operations experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role; prior luxury or premium-brand retail experience strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or a related discipline preferred.
