Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Operations Manager in daily running of the Roissy boutique, ensuring adherence to Chanel standards.
  • Assist with inventory control: receiving deliveries, stock reconciliation, stockroom organisation and cycle counts.
  • Collaborate on visual merchandising and product presentation to maintain brand image and commercial performance.
  • Contribute to guest experience delivery by supporting frontline teams and resolving operational queries.
  • Prepare administrative reports and basic KPI tracking (sales, stock movements, shrinkage) for the management team.
  • Coordinate with logistics, central operations and security to ensure smooth goods flow and compliance.
  • Support scheduling and shift coordination; assist with onboarding and practical training for boutique staff.
  • Ensure compliance with brand policies regarding loss prevention, hygiene and health & safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, Hospitality or a related discipline.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a professional demeanour.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude for working in a service-oriented, high-standard retail environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under the supervision of senior management.
  • Flexibility for boutique hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.

Experience

Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, Hospitality or a related field.
