Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique Operations Manager in daily running of the Roissy boutique, ensuring adherence to Chanel standards.
- Assist with inventory control: receiving deliveries, stock reconciliation, stockroom organisation and cycle counts.
- Collaborate on visual merchandising and product presentation to maintain brand image and commercial performance.
- Contribute to guest experience delivery by supporting frontline teams and resolving operational queries.
- Prepare administrative reports and basic KPI tracking (sales, stock movements, shrinkage) for the management team.
- Coordinate with logistics, central operations and security to ensure smooth goods flow and compliance.
- Support scheduling and shift coordination; assist with onboarding and practical training for boutique staff.
- Ensure compliance with brand policies regarding loss prevention, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, Hospitality or a related discipline.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a professional demeanour.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude for working in a service-oriented, high-standard retail environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under the supervision of senior management.
- Flexibility for boutique hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
Skills
Experience
No extensive professional experience required; previous retail, customer-facing or operations experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Ideal candidate will have practical exposure through internships, part-time retail roles or academic projects.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, Hospitality or a related field.
