Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operational functions within the boutique, including Inventory Control, Shipping and Receiving, Alterations, Facilities Management, Security, Resource Planning/Staffing, Compliance, and Expense Management.
  • Collaborate with the Home Office Retail Operations team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Lead and inspire operational staff, fostering a positive working environment and promoting a culture of feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
  • Act as the ultimate expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, Systems, and Tools, serving as a resource for the entire Boutique Team.
  • Manage the budget and forecast expenditures for a multi-faceted boutique.
  • Lead various projects and take initiative to drive business results.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Skills

Strong organizational and attention to detail skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively. Understanding of and passion for client experience. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a related field, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
