Role & Responsibilities
- Support the boutique manager in day-to-day operational management of the Cannes fashion boutique during the alternance period (July–August 2024).
- Oversee stock reception, inventory control and replenishment to maintain merchandise flow and accuracy.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and shopfloor standards to ensure brand presentation and seasonal directives are met.
- Assist with client experience delivery, including transaction processing, returns, and client dossier maintenance.
- Coordinate staff rosters and support on-the-floor supervision to ensure service continuity during peak periods.
- Implement and uphold operational procedures, loss prevention measures and health & safety requirements.
- Liaise with logistics and central teams for deliveries, transfers and administrative follow-up.
Qualifications
- Eligible for alternance/apprenticeship contract and currently enrolled in a vocational or higher education programme in retail, business, luxury management or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professional poise and a client-focused demeanour appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and peak summer periods.
- Discretion, reliability and a collaborative approach to team work.
Skills
Experience
Prior retail or customer‑facing experience is preferred, ideally within luxury fashion or premium retail; previous internships or seasonal roles in boutiques will be considered positively.
Education
Enrolled in a recognised vocational or higher-education programme (e.g., BTS, Bachelor) in retail management, business or luxury management and eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship placement.
