Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Merchandising Project Manager on initiatives for the French market, including seasonal assortment planning and product launches.
- Prepare and maintain commercial files, product calendars and merchandise trackers to ensure alignment across buying, allocation and store teams.
- Analyse sales, sell-through and inventory KPIs to inform assortment decisions and replenishment recommendations.
- Draft clear, client-facing presentations and internal reports for cross-functional stakeholders (stores, retail operations, planning, marketing).
- Coordinate with retail, visual merchandising and supply chain teams to follow up on delivery schedules and in-store implementation.
- Participate in store visits and market audits to collect qualitative feedback and translate it into action points.
- Support ad-hoc projects such as promotional planning, pricing reviews and performance post-mortems.
- Ensure rigorous data integrity and confidentiality in all documentation and analyses.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Fashion Management, Merchandising, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with excellent numerical literacy and attention to commercial detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French; professional working proficiency in English.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
- Team-oriented with proven ability to collaborate across functions and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Discretion and respect for brand confidentiality.

Experience
Previous internship experience in retail, merchandising, buying or a related commercial function is preferred but not mandatory; demonstrable exposure to assortment or performance analysis is advantageous.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Fashion Management, Merchandising, Marketing or a related field.
