Chanel in Paris is hiring an Alternance Assistant Media Project Manager starting Sept 2026 — work‑study role supporting media implementation for the Fashion division.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Media Project Manager in planning and executing media activation and implementation across fashion campaigns and channels.
  • Coordinate trafficking and technical set-up of digital campaigns, ensuring tags, creatives and tracking are implemented to specification.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (marketing, e-commerce, legal, IT) and external vendors to maintain timelines and resolve technical or logistical issues.
  • Perform quality assurance on campaign assets and serve as first line for pre-launch checks and post-launch verification.
  • Maintain project documentation, media calendars, asset inventories and implementation trackers.
  • Prepare concise performance and implementation reports, highlighting issues and follow-up actions.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline campaign onboarding and reduce time-to-live.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Business or a related discipline (work-study/alternance eligibility required).
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to technical detail and timelines.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise technical issues into actionable recommendations.
  • Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and a collaborative attitude suited to a luxury brand environment.
  • Availability to start the alternance in September 2026 for the duration required by the study program.

Experience
