Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the market coordination team in the preparation and follow-up of seasonal product introductions, allocations and market plans.
  • Maintain and update product and allocation databases; ensure accuracy of sales, stock and distribution reports.
  • Prepare presentations, reporting packs and Excel analyses for internal stakeholders and market teams.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams (merchandising, logistics, production, wholesale/retail) to track order status and resolve issues.
  • Assist with calendar and meeting management; take minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Monitor market feedback and sales performance; escalate anomalies and contribute to corrective action proposals.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to purchase orders, sample flows and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Fashion Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage concurrent priorities.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable preparing structured reports and presentations.
  • Professional demeanour, discretion and the ability to interact with senior stakeholders across functions.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks until completion.

Experience

Prior internship or work experience in fashion retail, merchandising, operations or administrative/project support is preferred but not required.
