Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily boutique operations to ensure seamless customer service and strict adherence to Chanel standards.
- Assist with stock management: receiving, tagging, replenishment and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate logistics between boutique and regional distribution for deliveries, returns and transfers.
- Contribute to visual merchandising set-ups and seasonal floor moves under guidance from the store manager and VM team.
- Help manage appointment schedules, client files and clienteling activities to support sales advisors.
- Prepare operational and sales reports, consolidate data and present findings to the store management team.
- Participate in team briefings and assist with training sessions to reinforce service protocols and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with loss prevention, health & safety and brand presentation policies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a tertiary programme in Business, Luxury Management, Fashion Retail or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a methodical approach to inventory processes.
- Professional demeanour, discretion and a client-service mindset appropriate to a luxury environment.
- Good written and spoken communication skills; ability to liaise effectively with store teams and regional operations.
- Availability for the full internship period and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends.

Experience
Previous retail or luxury internship experience is advantageous but not mandatory; candidates should demonstrate exposure to customer-facing roles or operational tasks through coursework, internships or part-time retail employment.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Luxury Management, Fashion, Retail or a closely related field.
