Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store/Operations Manager in day-to-day retail operations to ensure flawless execution of brand standards and client experience.
- Oversee inventory control, stock reception, redistribution and reconciliation, including periodic physical counts and shrinkage mitigation.
- Supervise and coach boutique staff, including scheduling, performance management, training and development to maintain a high-performing team.
- Implement visual merchandising directives and ensure presentation standards across the sales floor and back-of-house are consistently met.
- Manage operational processes: point-of-sale procedures, cash handling, till reconciliation, loss prevention and compliance with corporate policies.
- Coordinate logistics and deliveries with regional distribution teams and external vendors to optimize stock flow and availability.
- Prepare and analyze daily/weekly sales and operational reports; support the manager in meeting sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Act as the operational point of contact for corporate teams (HR, Inventory, Loss Prevention) and escalate issues as required.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or assistant management experience in luxury retail or premium fashion environments.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, with experience developing frontline retail talent.
- Solid understanding of inventory processes, stock control and loss-prevention techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver exceptional client service under pressure.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.

Experience
Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities and proven operational oversight in a boutique or department-store environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
