Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily boutique operations including stock reception, inventory control, replenishment and stockroom organisation.
  • Assist with point‑of‑sale processes and ensure accurate transaction and stock records.
  • Collaborate with store management to monitor sales KPIs, prepare routine operational reports and participate in stock reconciliations.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising set‑ups and maintain brand presentation standards on the sales floor.
  • Support clienteling activities: manage client requests, prepare VIP shipments and coordinate appointments or fittings when required.
  • Liaise with central teams (logistics, product teams, CRM) to expedite requests and resolve operational exceptions.
  • Ensure compliance with loss‑prevention, health & safety and brand security procedures.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, Luxury Management, Fashion, Retail Operations or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and respect for brand protocols.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced, client‑facing retail environment.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential client information and luxury merchandise.
  • Flexible availability to support boutique opening hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
  • Comfortable working in a team and taking initiative on operational projects.

Experience

Previous exposure to retail—ideally within luxury or premium fashion—is desirable; internships or part‑time roles demonstrating familiarity with store operations, stock handling and client service will be considered an asset.

Education

Enrolled in a university-level programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Fashion/Luxury Management, Retail or equivalent.
