Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor domestic transportation to ensure smooth delivery across the nation, with special attention to seasonal products and new campaigns.
  • Evaluate vendor performance to maintain service levels and conduct regular meetings for performance reviews.
  • Address complaints and service failures, driving vendor action plans and monitoring implementation.
  • Lead transportation vendor selection processes, including sourcing, tendering, contracting, and negotiation.
  • Fine-tune transportation networks post-selection and maintain a robust vendor pool.
  • Support line manager in upgrading transportation modes to enhance network agility and resilience.
  • Manage PRO and payment processes in Coupa, including POD verification and filing.
  • Prepare transportation KPI reports and monitor overall performance.
  • Develop and review SOPs, ensuring their effective implementation.
  • Initiate and monitor budget accuracy against actual spending.
  • Act as an enabler to support business requirements, driving improvements and solutions such as new POS openings.
  • Manage and execute projects effectively.
  • Handle insurance declarations for new locations and events, and manage insurance claims to protect Chanel's interests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

Experience

Over 8 years of experience in the logistics industry, with a focus on vendor management and project management.
