Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Program/Project Manager in planning and executing international retail operations projects (store openings, refurbishments, commercial roll-outs and merchandising operations).
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including retail, visual merchandising, logistics, product and external vendors to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Maintain and update project plans, trackers, timelines and status reports; prepare presentations and concise executive summaries for steering meetings.
  • Assist with logistical tasks such as shipment coordination, sample management, store validations and on-site testing where required.
  • Compile and analyse operational metrics to measure project performance and identify process improvements.
  • Ensure strict compliance with brand standards and confidentiality in all project documentation and communications.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business, Fashion Management, Operations, Supply Chain or Project Management (eligible for alternance/work-study contract).
  • Excellent organisational acumen with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy and proven capacity to work with international stakeholders.
  • High level of discretion, attention to detail and commitment to brand-quality standards.
  • Availability to start in September 2026 and willingness to travel occasionally for store visits or roll-outs.

Experience

Previous internship experience in retail operations, project support or a related function is preferred; demonstrable interest in luxury fashion retail and operational project work.

Education

Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's programme (Business, Fashion Management, Operations, Supply Chain, or Project Management) and eligible for an alternance/work-study contract in France.
