Assistant Fashion Advisor
Chanel seeks an Assistant Fashion Advisor in Seoul to support boutique sales, clienteling and merchandising for the Chanel boutique.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support lead fashion advisors in delivering personalized client service and maintaining long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Assist with sales transactions, appointment management and Point of Sale (POS) operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to store procedures.
- Maintain boutique presentation standards: merchandising, replenishment, stock organisation and window displays under the guidance of the visual merchandising team.
- Manage inventory tasks including receiving deliveries, stock counts, transfers and secure handling of high-value merchandise.
- Coordinate after-sales activities such as alterations, repairs and returns while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to brand policies.
- Contribute to daily sales targets by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and supporting promotional initiatives.
- Act as an ambassador for the brand by maintaining impeccable grooming and service etiquette aligned with Chanel standards.
- Collaborate with store management on administrative tasks, reporting and local store projects as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably 1–2 years within luxury fashion, cosmetics or accessories boutiques.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of presentation and product handling.
- Comfortable working retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in South Korea and availability for on-site boutique duties.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion environment; experience supporting sales advisors and working in a boutique setting is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, retail or hospitality is advantageous.
