Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Corporate Events team in the end-to-end execution of internal and external events, including product launches, press and client-facing activations, and corporate gatherings.
- Assist with vendor research, selection and coordination (catering, AV, temporary structures, floristry), ensuring suppliers meet brand standards and timelines.
- Manage logistical tasks: venue sourcing support, delivery coordination, equipment inventory, and on-site set-up and teardown assistance.
- Prepare event documentation—run sheets, floor plans, seating charts, itineraries and badge/guest-list management—and update stakeholders regularly.
- Contribute to budget tracking and expense reconciliation, maintaining accurate records of invoices and purchase orders.
- Participate in on-site event management to ensure flawless execution and rapid troubleshooting; provide post-event reporting and feedback summaries.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- Availability to start in July 2026 for the internship period as required by the Corporate Events calendar.
- Excellent organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, discretion and professionalism when interacting with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Flexible working hours and willingness to be present on-site for events (evenings and weekends as required).
- Prior internship or coursework related to events, hospitality or project coordination is strongly preferred.

Experience
Previous internship or practical experience in event coordination, hospitality, marketing or a similar operational role is preferred. Demonstrable involvement in planning or executing events—academic projects, student associations or professional placements—will be valued.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
