Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design team in the development of capsule collections from concept to prototype, including research, moodboards and material selection.
- Produce sketches, technical flats and presentation boards that translate creative direction into actionable design concepts.
- Collaborate with pattern makers, samplers and workshops to follow sampling cycles, fittings and adjustments.
- Prepare internal presentations and technical documentation (technical packs, fabric and trim specifications) for design reviews.
- Monitor trend and market research to inform concept development and ensure contemporary relevance of capsule pieces.
- Assist in organising fittings, sample tracking and communication between design, production and merchandising teams.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a recognised fashion design, fashion styling, or product development programme.
- Strong fashion illustration and technical drawing skills; ability to produce clear technical flats.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, trims and basic garment construction processes.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple sampling and fitting deadlines.
- Curiosity for trends and a refined aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury positioning.
Skills
Experience
Practical experience through academic projects or prior internships in a fashion studio is strongly preferred; applicants should demonstrate hands‑on involvement in sample follow‑up, fittings or product development cycles.
Education
Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a degree programme in Fashion Design, Fashion Styling, Product Development or a closely related discipline.
