Role & Responsibilities
- Support coordination between regional markets and the company’s distribution centres to ensure timely order fulfilment and stock availability.
- Monitor shipment status, validate transport documentation and escalate logistical exceptions to appropriate stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and KPIs (inventory levels, lead times, fill rates) for market and distribution teams.
- Assist with order entry, allocation and replenishment processes, ensuring adherence to SOPs and internal controls.
- Liaise with merchandising, retail and transport partners to align delivery windows and promotional inventory requirements.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and small-scale projects aimed at optimising warehouse flows and market responsiveness.
- Maintain accurate records, support audits and ensure confidentiality of commercial information.
Qualifications
- Eligible for a French alternance (work-study) contract and currently enrolled in a relevant degree programme.
- Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to operational rigour.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, synthesise and present data to operational stakeholders.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanour when liaising across internal teams and external partners.
- High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality in a luxury retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or work experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution centres or retail operations is advantageous; familiarity with order-to-delivery processes and basic KPI reporting is preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Fashion Management or a related discipline (required for alternance).
