Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Knitwear (Maille) operations team with quantitative analysis to monitor production flow, inventory levels and delivery timelines.
- Create and maintain dashboards and KPI reports to track performance across sourcing, manufacturing and distribution.
- Map and document end-to-end operational processes, identifying bottlenecks and proposing efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate cross‑functional information flows between design, product development, sourcing and supply‑chain partners.
- Prepare clear analysis and presentations for senior stakeholders, including production status reports and exception summaries.
- Contribute to data cleansing, consolidation and basic SQL queries or spreadsheet models to ensure data reliability.
- Assist with project workstreams tied to seasonal planning, capacity management and launch readiness.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Fashion Management or related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving.
- Ability to synthesise quantitative findings into concise, business‑facing summaries and presentations.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities.
Skills
Experience
Prior internship experience in operations, supply chain, production planning or business analytics is desirable but not mandatory. The role is suited to a candidate with practical exposure to data analysis and cross‑functional projects within a product or manufacturing context.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Fashion Management, or equivalent.
